NKJV MacArthur Study Bible for iPhone App Reviews

Its so wonderful finally having the MacArthur Study Bible available for iOS. Its done right as well! Got rid of my other Bible app from YouVersion for this.

While it may seem that the price is a bit high, it is more than worth it when you see just how much information and knowledge is passed on through the notes in John MacArthurs fantastic study Bible.

Great app but if you want the full package you have to spend an additional 19.99 to get the full multi media add-on but other than that on qualm its very informative and was easy for me to navigate

I like this app very much, but I am disappointed that there is a $20 ad on needed.

I own MacArthur study bible in Spanish and I love it, its been a great help for me and now I just got this App for my self and my kids, I know they will enjoy the media as well as the notes, definitely recommend this to those who are on the move all the time, great resource at your finger prints, now more than ever The Gospel is being taken to every corner of this world!

I havent had the opportunity to use it much, but I can see already that Im going to love it. Makes something I had previously questioned the value of worth having.

Ive used this bible for several years & I love it. The commentary is excellent it Is absolute biblical truth!

Like others, I love the insight that John MacArthur gives. However the App is way behind. It looks pretty, but is cluttered, difficult to use, has no options, doesnt adhere to mobile app norms, has typos, and is slow. Two of the biggest problems are 1) You cant scroll by swiping, and 2) every 10 words or so, a space is missing between words in the text. Its like they used a scanner to import from a print Bible and at the end of every line, it ignored the space that should be there. This app should be far, far better for the price.

The way that John teaches in this book is so insightful.God has really anointed him in teaching.

I think its the best study Bible I have ever purchased. Not only do I get to read the bible, I also get to see pictures of of the places I am studying and where it is located on the Google map. Plus tons of study notes and references. Love it!!

I like the way John makes every word clear. He does not gloss over difficult areas.

Awesome app. I owned his hard copy for years until I could not tape it together any longer. This is even better. I love the notes for Bible studies and just started a New Testament reading plan. Thank You!

I bought this expensive app because I wanted explanation to the verses of the bible. I found out that the FREE nkjv for IPhone does exactly the same thing. It is VERY sad and a SIN to take advantage of something like the Bible. I should be refunded. Do not buy this app!

This is a great resource. The study notes are much easier to read than in the book version, and are easily accessed. Im still trying to figure out the other features, though. Since I bought this mainly for the notes, Im happy with the purchase.

Works great for my daily reading and bible study: supports my intent and commitment to spend more quality time in the Word. Allows me to follow progress: readily available all the time and everyplace. My best app just love it.
